Terms & Conditions (Premium Park Products- PPP)
Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice to those with approve credit, a 1-1/2%month finance charge will be applied to payments not made within 60 days from invoice date. Current prices apply at time of shipment. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without notice. PPP accepts Visa, Mastercard, Am Express and PayPal. Please not on CC orders, the CC will be charged at the time of shipment.
Prices: All prices are FOB point of shipment unless otherwise noted, and most products are shipped knocked down (some assembly required), unless quoted otherwise. While we make every effort to keep cost under control and consistent, at time market forces beyond our control can result in price changes, either and/or product cost and shipping cost. Therefore, PPP must reserve the right to change pricing published without notice.
Cancellation: Due to the probability that expenses associated with an order may have already been incurred, PPP must approve all cancellations of orders. Cancellation fees may apply. (typically, this applies to custom orders, and not stock or quick ship items, but still need pre-approval for cancellation)
Returns: Returns only with consent of PPP. Return fees and freight charges may apply.
Freight Charges: Freight charges are determined by the carrier. PPP can pre-pay and add to invoice. Most items are shipped knocked down to reduce freight costs. Some assembly may apply. Please see “delivery” statement below.
Shipments: Scheduled the most economical and practical way unless specified routing instructions are given on the order, in which case we will do our best to follow routing instructions. All shipments are governed by ICC Regulations.
Delay in Transit: PPP is not responsible for delays in transit and such delays do not alter our invoice terms. If your order does not reach you within a reasonable time after being advised of shipment, PPP will tract the shipment immediately per your request.
Loss or Damage in Transit: PPP is released of all responsibility for loss or damage in transit by the bill of lading, which is our receipt from the carrier that the shipment was complete and in good condition. This bill of lading is forwarded to you at the time of the shipment and should be checked carefully with the shipment when received by the consignee. Any shortage or damage must be noted and signed for by the delivering carrier. (PPP honors all defects -see Guarantee)
Delivery: Items shipped by common carrier will be delivered curbside at the address specified on the order. The carrier is not responsible for unloading. Your location must be accessible to a large freight truck. Residential delivery lift gate service, and call-ahead delivery are available at an additional charges and must be specified at the time of the order.
Specifications: PPP has a policy of continuous improvements and reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications without notice.
Weights: All weights are approximate.
Premium Park Products Guarantee: PPP guaranties all materials and workmanship (except labor and transportation) for one year, excluding vandalism, misuse, and acts of nature. Claims for defects must be filed within one year, accompanied by a copy of original invoice or invoice number.
Warranty: 5 Year Limited Warranty on Thermoplastic coated elements.
Premium Park Products guaranties all Thermoplastic coated items for 1 full year to be free of defects in workmanship or materials when installed and maintained properly.We agree to repair or replace, any items determined to be defective. items specifically not covered by this warranty include vandalism, man-made or natural disasters, lack of maintenance, normal weathering or wear and tear due to public abuse.
Damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the carrier, whether visible or concealed. it is the responsibility of the recipient to assure that the order is received complete. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the shipment immediately and completely. Note any damages or shortages on all copies of the bill of lading. Damage reports must be filed within 10 days. Premium park Products is NOT responsible for damage or loss in transit.Title to all goods passes to the customer at time of shipment. Premium Park Products will assist in filing claims if the freight arrangements were made by Premium Park Products at your request.
Cancellations and Returns:
Cancellations are only accepted with the approval of Premium park Products. No merchandise shall be returned without a Return Of Goods Authorization number which is issued by customer service. Any Authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and received in saleable condition. A restocking charge of up to 25% will be applied to all return goods when the error is not the fault of Premium Park Products. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
