Description

Hyperbolic Sails are four-sided sails that use differing attachment elevations to form a three-dimensional canopy profile. On a typical Hyperbolic Sail, the canopy will have two high elevation connections on diagonal opposites and two low elevation connections on diagonal opposites, giving the canopy a twisted look. Hyperbolic Sails offer an architectural spin on traditional triangular sails and can be used to create beautiful and functional spaces. Sails should be limited to 35 ft. x 35 ft. but can be manipulated into a variety of smaller square and rectangular sizes.
